Claire is a chartered occupational psychologist and member of the Health Professions Council. She has been practicing for over fifteen years within a range of sectors, combining her psychological insight and business knowledge to support individuals and teams to improve performance and develop leadership capability.

She previously worked at Manchester Business School as a researcher and then a lecturer in Occupational Psychology.
