Last week we launched our system leadership programme for West Yorkshire & Harrogate Cancer Alliance.
The programme is for Clinical Directors and vice chairs who have a system leadership role in the reform and re-design of cancer pathways across this region. We commence the programme formally in March which will conclude in November 2021.
The Programme is a blended learning approach of masterclasses, peer networking/learning and working across cross cutting themes for transformation/experimental development and 1-1 coaching and mentoring.
We are starting the programme online with the hope to be face to face towards the end of the summer, COVID permitted. The participants are as eager as the team to “get going” and support them in the significant role in transformation of cancer services.
