Rob has a passion for working with leaders to reflect and build on their levels of influence and to develop a mindset of empowerment and improvement from top to bottom of organisations.

His NHS experience includes managing the North West Mentoring Scheme and developing leadership programmes for healthcare practitioners and senior clinicians up to board level.

Rob has lectured on the MBA programme at John Moores University Business School and has held a number of academic positions across the region.
