This week Prospect celebrated the programme which brought Health Visitors and School Nursing colleagues together. The delegates of the Leadership programme had the opportunity to share their learning with their Sponsors and Commissioners.
The twelve month programme has involved 10 master classes, expert speakers, service improvement projects and action learning sets. In this event we heard the improvements made in the projects, the learning, and leadership journey of all delegates.
It was fantastic to hear on the last day of how their skills as leaders and managers have developed and will support them to deal effectively with the future challenges.
