Prospect are delighted to be delivering the second cohort of our one year Senior Leadership Programme for NHS Finance Professionals.
Alongside masterclasses covering Self as Leader, Leading Others and Leading Change, the delegates have enjoyed working with Prospect’s artistic and creative team – Richard Cottier bringing in actors to role-play difficult conversations and Matt Worden bringing in art and drawing as to explore creativity and mindfulness.
Our inspirational speakers have included Simon Crowther bringing a very personal leadership story and Tommy Whitelaw (Tommyontour) talking about his mum, Joan, and his story as a carer when she was living with dementia.
The delegates are also delivering change projects to benefit the NHS and patients, which were presented in March to a Dragon’s Den panel of programme sponsors.
