The Prospect team are delighted to have reached ten years working together in business. I originally created a consulting business part time in 2004 whilst an academic at Manchester business school, making the full time leap in 2006.
The business portfolio has focused consistently on the development of people, teams and orgasiations, taking a diverse form ranging from formal qualification programmes, team building, coaching, service reviews and high profile transformation programmes.
I want to thank our amazing clients, many who have been with us since the beginning, for their support and repeated confidence in our team to deliver what they need. I equally want to thank my colleagues and our team at Prospect for their fantastic contribution. I know together that we have made some real differences that have resulted in better services for our clients’ customers, patients and service users. In the end, that’s what it is all about.
