Prospect's Jackie Barringer, Donna Bradshaw, Lars Isaksen and Rob Booth have been enjoying the Cumbrian scenery, culture and people as we deliver three fantastic leadership and coaching programmes in the county for the next eighteen months.
Beginning in January, we are delivering senior leadership masterclasses for 100 leaders from Cumbria Partnership Trust, and a coaching programme for senior leaders and teams.
In addition, we are delivering leadership master classes to 80 leaders from Cumbria Acute Trust.
