On the 5th and 6th October in Carlisle, Prospect launched the fourth Cohort for the Leading with Quality Care programme. This means that more than 80 people have now participated in the programme. The launch included topics such as Self as Leader, Understanding your Leadership Impact, Building and Leading Effective Teams and Power and Politics.
Donna Bradshaw led the sessions and said they were 'a very energising couple of days. I was really impressed by the commitment of the group and their desire to lead excellent services for Cumbrian people shone through. I'm looking forward to our next session at the end of October.'
Leading for Quality Care is a bespoke leadership programme which includes NHS leadership model self assessments and 360, a series of masterclasses, action learning as well as access to Prospect's virtual learning platform PRO-VE.
