Donna Bradshaw joined nine Leaders from across the Well North Pathfinder in September in order to participate in a powerful, pioneering, new approach to leadership development - by bringing international military leaders and health professionals together using the Command Leadership Programme.
The programme consisted of excellent speakers and lectures on topics including personal leadership, the dark side of leadership, building excellent teams, and using behavioural insights. Projects also progressed in groups and were presented to VIPs at the end of the week. This new joint venture is being extensively evaluated, but the extremely positive early reaction form delegates indicates that we could be back for more!
