This week we delivered the fourth masterclass of our Clinical Leadership Programme at ELCCG. The topic explored decision-making, challenge and scrutiny - absolutely vital stuff for a clinically led organisation, working with members and also with partners across Lancashire. In the afternoon we discussed culture change and the important role Clinical leaders take in transmitting and changing culture.
