This popular workshop has been in high demand again. Over the last few weeks we have been asked by three organisations to deliver the workshop to help staff who chair meetings be more effective in their role. The half day workshop is based on best practice approaches in chairing skills along with the opportunity to develop facilitation skills as a chair to ensure that all attendees at the meeting contribute and are fully engaged.
