Our leadership development programmes continue to receive fantastic reviews and give our clients excellent return on their investment. Last July, we completed a 9 month leadership programme. A recently completed evaluation of the programme has shown an excellent return on the CCG’s investment. The programme participants included a number of GPs (those leading on services for the CCG and the ICC) and commissioning managers.
All participants felt their leadership capability, confidence and skills had increased. All highly rated both the programme and the outcomes achieved.
