Our senior ‘Leading for Quality Care’ Programme was delivered to 5 cohorts of leaders during 2016. We are delighted that this evaluated very positively, and that a further 3 cohorts of leaders will receive the programme in 2017.
The Prospect team enjoy an excellent relationship with the Trust’s OD team, and, working together, the programme includes 360 Assessment using the Healthcare Leadership Framework, masterclasses in Self as Leader, Leading Others and Leading in Systems. Real projects are progressed in action learning sets.
