Prospect will be delivering a three day programme for Senior Leaders to explore influencing and making a positive impact as NHS organisations work closer as a system to deliver ambitions Sustainable Transformation Plans (STPs).
The programme will consider the requirements of influencing with a range of partners, handling complexity and differing roles and strengthening personal confidence and impact. Actors will be used to bring real scenarios to life.
Finally, delegates will be offered 360 assessments to reflect upon their personal leadership style and approach.
