Following the excellent independent evaluation of the pilot programme delivered last year, NHSE have reappointed Prospect to repeat the programme in March.
The three day programme explores how Senior Leaders, with every expanding scope and complexity of role, can be highly effective influencers in many settings. The programme explores complexity, power, politics and personal effectiveness - including understanding negotiation stances, conflict and building personal credibility.
The actors will make an appearance to support practice. Last year, delegates found that the programme was valuable and highly relevant for people attending, and the role-plays particularly provided powerful learning and practice.
