Chairing effective meetings is a real skill. Those who chair meetings often undertake this role without prior training of how to ensure the meeting is both effective and productive.
Prospect have been running effective chairing skills for over 6 years to fantastic evaluations. We are often commissioned by the North West Leadership Academy as part of their development offer to members. This month we are running both 1 day and ½ day sessions, commissioned by the NWLA.
