ILM level 5 Coaching and Mentoring

We are delighted to have been commissioned by Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Trust to develop and deliver a coaching programme accredited to ILM level 5 Diploma. The vision is that the delegates on the programme will become qualified coaches who will form an internal coaching network to support employees across the Trust through coaching.

Module 1 was completed last month to excellent evaluations and we look forward to working with a fantastic group again for module 2 which starts this week.
