NHSE Northern Cancer Alliance Programme Pilot Launched Successfully

Donna Bradshaw and Julian Bond delivered the two pilot workshops for the programme - aimed at supporting leaders of Cancer Multi-Disciplinary Teams (MDTs) across the North of England.

The Pilot Programme explored the recent cancer Research UK recommendations of how to ensure MDTs are effective. Donna and Julian brought in models of System Leadership and Team Excellence which stimulated great discussion about leading change and influencing others to support this important area of work.

We also examined how personality, influencing styles and trust all impact upon the teams. We were delighted that the evaluations of both programmes scored over 95% Good and Very Good on every measure!
