Well Skelmersdale is one of the ten pathfinders as part of Well North and Well North Enterprises, a unique programme aimed at helping social leaders and community members across their areas. Our delegates consist of social entrepreneurs, who are leading their community interest companies, voluntary sector workers, social prescribers and volunteers, each of them passionate about making a difference for their communities.
The programme consists of 4 masterclasses, including speakers, 360 degree appraisal, self-assessments and 1-1 coaching.
The delegates will be working together as collective leaders, building relationships, working in system change to support a movement aimed at fostering better conditions to live, learn, work, play, grow and socialise across Skelmersdale.
