There was a celebratory whoop across the team this week when we were appointed to deliver a series of leadership masterclasses for Cancer Multi Disciplinary Team Leads and Chairs for the West Midlands - the biggest cancer alliance in England.
Approximately 90 people will take part, covering system leadership, team effectiveness and personal leadership. We will work closely with colleagues over the autumn and winter to shape the masterclass content around their priorities, and deliver Masterclasses in 2020.
