The Prospect Team started the new year by venturing down to East London to deliver leadership masterclasses to Cancer Multi-disciplinary teams. The topics included leadership, advanced communications, system thinking and leading highly effective teams.
Delegates were enthusiastic and committed coming from surgical, nursing, pathology, oncology, radiology and management roles – all bringing their strengths and skills together for patients.
The final part of each day was delivered by Terry and Richard, our actor colleagues, to practice advanced communications. There was a significant personal development element where all delegates undertook personality tests (MBTI) and Conflict Mode tests – all in the interests of understanding how people tick and can further develop productive team working.
Evaluations were really fantastic and our style, tailored approach, and fun, enjoyable sessions attracted praise.
